Adobe has announced that Connect and Presenter 7 will be released in May of 08! Not too far behind that will be our Connect 7 and Presenter 7 update for our movie based help system. The hosted solution should be available in the next few months, we are just working out the kinks.
Production has begun on the hosted site for this movie based help system. Soon, by end of February, we should have it up and running. Now you can have quick, clear help for Adobe Acrobat Connect Professional using our knowledge base or ours!

RealEyes Media is working hard to have the first version of the help database available by Nov 15th!!! This will be continuously updated and expanded so that subscribers will have a resource to look to at any time, any where. The days of trying to remember those 3 days of training from years ago is over. All movies are planned to be 3 to 5 min in length so that they are quick and easy.

So what’s coming from Adobe next year? Great things with Connect Professional! Whispers have gone around about better reporting and, could it be, a better UI for Learners. Great news for all the connect users that have the Training package. Unfortunately they don’t seem to think that an improved UI for the Learning Managers is coming so keep working through that sometimes cryptic curriculum settings tool.
The biggest news for ACP is the introduction of a product called “CoCoMo”. Combined with the added flexibility of Connect 7, CoCoMo will allow users to create custom meeting rooms on the fly or incorporate pods from Connect into other Adobe applications using Flash!!! Adobe continues to improve Connect and make it the best product of its kind.
The Connect team at REM will soon have a database for commonly asked questions and how to’s for using Adobe Connect Professional and Adobe Presenter.
